Adrian Słomka

CEO

Usually your first conversation with Faro. Adrian leads business development and makes sure every project starts with the business goal, not the tool. Believes complex problems can be solved by simple means - and once beat a professional poker player.

Maciej Lipski

Operations

Years of building data warehouses on SQL Server and the full BI stack, today on Azure. At Faro he runs operations - contracts, finance and the systems the company works on - so working with us stays simple beyond the technology too. Off duty: guitars, motorcycles and photography.

Kamil Słomka

Power BI & Fabric

Makes sure the numbers people see are numbers they can trust. Kamil specialises in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric: governance, monitoring and administration of reporting platforms used across whole organisations. Enjoys writing DAX and playing squash.

Piotr Wasilewski

Data Engineering

Builds the pipelines that turn raw data into something the business can use. Piotr leads our Databricks work and writes most of his solutions in Python. Spends an unhealthy amount of time watching Formula 1.

Mariusz Woźniak

Product

The architect behind Faro Lighthouse. Mariusz designs how Lighthouse connects, models and governs data - with everything defined as code - and often joins the first conversations with clients. Also a musical theatre enthusiast: he has seen Rent 20 times.
